Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are here to ensure 100% satisfaction with your products and your experience with HAYLEY ELSAESSER. If you have received an incorrect item, item not as described, or a faulty item, please contact us at contact@hayleyelsaesser.com and provide your order number.

RETURNS

All non-sale items purchased online are are subject to return if the following criteria is met. The assessment of goods and returns is at our discretion.

  • Set item(s) must be returned to the store within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Items must be returned in unused, mint condition with all tags still attached.
  • Products purchased are returned on the customer's own expense, and we do not refund shipping from the original purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us, we suggest purchasing tracking for your items. 

We do not accept returns on sale merchandise.

EXCHANGES

All full priced items purchased online are are subject to exchange if the following criteria is met. The assessment of goods and exchanges is at our discretion. 

  • Set item(s) must be returned to the store within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 
  • Items must be returned in unused, mint condition with all tags still attached.
  • Products purchased are returned on the customer's own expense, and we do not refund shipping from the original purchase.
